- Kalamata olives and green olives
- Shallots
- Thyme
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Roast in oven
- Food Processor:
- Feta
- Sour cream
- Cream cheese
- squeeze of lemon
- Drizzle of honey
- drizzle of olive oil
- A little water to loosen up

Plate a layer of cheese mixture and put olives on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita chips.
