Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Sliced bacon ( or shrimp or crabmeat)
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1unbaked deep dish pastry shell (9”)
- 4eggs
- 1T flour
- 1/2 t salt
- Pepper
- 1-11/4 c milk ( or light cream)
- 1T butter, melted
Directions

eat oven to 375.

Fry bacon.

Arrange bacon (seafood) in alternating layers with cheese in the shell.

Beat eggs until blended and combine with flour, salt& pepper.

Add cream and butter.

Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese.

Bake 40 minutes until custard is set.
