Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, (or 1 teaspoon honey)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, (or 2 cloves minced garlic)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, (or 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot)
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until emulsified. Alternatively, blend all ingredients together with an immersion blender, food processor or regular blender.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
