Ingredients
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced or grated
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (omit or substitute Worcestershire sauce)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl. Store refrigerated in a covered jar (keeps at least 1 week).
