Ingredients
- 4 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 TBSP paprika
- 2 tsp ground cayenne pepper, less if you prefer, I put in barely half
- 2 tsp chili powder - less
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp garlic poder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 pounds pork side ribs, trimmed of excess fat and silverskin
- Your favorite BBQ to brush on when on grill
Directions
-
Preheat to 325 degrees
-
In a small bowl, mix tog the dry ingredients until well combined.
-
Tim ribs of silverskin. Pat spice mixture onto ribs, pressing into meat and covering all over.
-
Wrap ribs with parchment paper. Then wrap with foil. Place into a baking dish (9X13) and bake for 2 hours, 15 minutes or until fully cooked through
-
Preheat grill to medium-low. Brush one side of ribs with sauce. Place BBX side down on grill and cook for 3-5 minutes. Turn and coat other side with sauce and cook an additional 3-5 minutes. The ribs are already cooked before grilling; you just want to caramelize and warm the sauce a little.
