Ingredients
- 6 oz pasta
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 2 C whole milk
- 1/4 C Parmesan
- 1 lemon-juice and zest
- 2 T fresh chopped parsley
- 1t fresh finely chopped rosemary
- 1/2 t fresh thyme
- 2 C baby spinach leaves
Directions

Cook pasta

Melt butter n skillet

Add flour and stir about 1 minute

Slowly add milk while stirring, cooking a more bite or so

Add parsley, rosemary and thyme

Simmer until sauce begins thickenabout 3 minutes

Add Parmesan, lemon juice and zest

Add pasta and spinach

Cook until spinach wilts
