Ingredients
- 1/2 c. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. onion powder
- 2 tbsp and 2 tsp. basil
- 2 tbsp and 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tbsp and 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 tbsp and 2 tsp. sage
- 2 tbsp marjoram
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Dried Rosemary
- 2 tbsp savory
- 1 tbsp and 1 tsp tumeric
- 2 tbsp and 2 tsp tarragon
- 1 tbsp and 1 tsp dill
- 1 tbsp and 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. mustard powder
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp mace
- 4 bottles of white wine
Directions

Boil wine until it reduces as much as possible without burning

Stir in spices

Bake on lowest setting of the oven until dry (careful not to burn) or put in freeze dryer if one is available

Store in spice jars or other sealable container
