Chicken and Rice Bake

A ‘staple’ in my recipe box. May use pork chops instead of chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 C. Water
- 3/4 C. uncooked regular long grain rice
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 4 skinless bonelss chicken breasts/4-8 thighs
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In 2 qt. shallow baking dish:

Mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper.

Place chicken on rice mixture.

Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins.
