Ingredients
- 2 C warm water
- 2 1/4 t active dry yeast or 1 packet
- 4 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 t sugar
- 2 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 2 T olive oil, plus more for greasing and drizzling
- 1/2 C green olives, sliced in half
- 1 T coarse salt
- pieces sun dried tomatoes, optional
- Garlic butter:
- 6 T unsalted butter
- 1 T fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 T minces garlic
- Pinch kosher salt
Directions

Warm yeast in mixing bowl until blooms

Add flour, sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, and olive oil

Knead for 5-8 minutes, until pulls away from side of bowl

Oil a large bowl , add dough ball, cover with plastic wrap.

let rise 1 hour-1 hour 15 minutes

punch down

Generously great a half sheet pan with olive oil

Press dough out to sides.

Sprinkle the olive halves across dough, pressing them slightly

Cover with plastic and let rise an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.Preheat oven to 375

After 2nd rise, poke dough with fingers or knuckle to create dimples

Sprinkle the coarse sea salt over dough and drizzle with olive oil

Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown

Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine butter, parsley, garlic and salt. Heat to simmer
