Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast or 2 1/2 t yeast
- 1 C warm water
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 3-31/4 C all purpose flour
- Can brush top with egg white and 1 t cold water
Directions

Bloom yeast in warm water

add sugar, oil, salt and 2 C flour

Beat with dough hook until blended

Gradually add remaining flour to form a stiff ball

Knead 6-8 minutes (I knead by hand)

Put in greased bowl, cover , let rise 1 hour

Punch dow

Grease 1 loaf pan and sprinkle with corn meal lightly.

After kneading shape and put dough in loaf pan with seam side down

Cover, Let rise 30-40 minutes

Can brush with whisked egg white mixture

Bake 30 minutes on 375
