Ingredients
- 1/4c. Chopped onion
- 1t minced garlic
- 1T butter
- 1C beer
- 4C ( 16 Oz) shredded cheddar
- 1t flour
- 2-4T half & half
Directions

In saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender

Stir in beer, bring to a boil; reduce heat to med-low

Toss cheese& flour; stir into saucepan until melted.

Stir in 2T cream (add more if fondue thickens)

Transfer to crockpot

Serve with bread cubes, apple slices,ravioli, broccoli spears.
