Ingredients
- 16 Oz. Bottle of Italian dressing
- 2T salt
- 2T Creole Seasoning ( Tony’s)
- 2T worchestershire sauce
- 1T Tabasco sauce
- 1T celery salt
- 1T cayenne pepper
- 1t garlic salt
- 1t onion salt
- 1t lemon pepper
- 2t chicken bouillon
- 1t meat tenderizer
- 2t accent
Directions

Mix all seasonings (except Italian dressing)in pint jar . Shake well. Add Italian dressing, and let sit for at least 1hour. Strain through a coffee filter or clean stocking.

Inject the liquid into turkey and rub seasonings over surface of turkey. Let marinate in frig at least 48 hours..

at oil to 350. Lower turkey and reduce flame so temperature goes to 250-275. Fry for about 3min/pound. Turkey should float;cook for about 15 more minutes after it floats.
