Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

In a small saucepan, bring heavy cream and garlic to a boil over medium. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened and reduced to 3/4 cup, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat; remove garlic and discard. Add Parmesan and black pepper, stirring until cheese is fully melted.
