Ingredients
- 3.4 cup lager
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. grated Monterey Jack
- 4 oz. grated Sharp cheddar
- Pinch each of cayenne, garlic powder and salt
Directions

Bring lager, mustard powder and Worcestershire to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, then reduce the heat to low; whisk in cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add other cheeses by the handful, whisking. Cook, whisking, just until smooth (do not boil). Add cayenne, garlic powder and salt. Serve warm or at room temp.
