Ingredients
- 14 Do Good Chicken Wingettes and Drumettes
- 1 cup pickle juice
- 1 cup tap water, cold
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 3/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp white sugar
- 2 tsp blackening spice
- Pickled red onion and chopped chives, for serving

In a medium bowl, add chicken, pickle juice, and water. Stir to combine and make sure chicken is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Make BBQ sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard powder, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper and sugar. Set aside.

Preheat grill to medium.

Remove chicken from brine and drain off excess liquid. In medium bowl, toss chicken with blackening spice, coating evenly.

Place chicken on grill and cook, flipping every 5 minutes, for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

Add cooked chicken to BBQ sauce and toss to combine.

Serve with pickled red onion and chopped chives.
