Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp flaky salt
Directions

Combine sugar with water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, swirling the pan, until dark amber, 10 to 12 minutes. Slowly whisk in heavy cream, butter and salt until smooth.
