Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 lb. Brie, rind removed and torn into irregular pieces
- 1 cup basil, cut into strips
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 lb linguine
Directions

At least 2 hours before serving, combine tomatoes, brie, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Cook linguine to al dente.

Drain and toss in bowl with other ingredients.
