Linguine with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 lb. Brie, rind removed and torn into irregular pieces
  • 1 cup basil, cut into strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 lb linguine

Directions

  1. At least 2 hours before serving, combine tomatoes, brie, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  2. Cook linguine to al dente.

  3. Drain and toss in bowl with other ingredients.
