Ingredients
- Green Goddess Dressing (see recipe)
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup ripe avocado
- Iceberg lettuce wedges
- Salt and pepper
- Diced avocado
- Crumbled cooked bacon
- Fresh chervil
- Chopped chives
- Sliced scallions
Directions

Make Green Goddess dressing, replacing the shallow with scallions, reducing the mayo to 2/3 cup and adding avocado. Thin the dressing with water if needed.

Arrange lettuce on a platter and season with salt and pepper. Spoon some dressing over the lettuce. Top with avocado, bacon, chervil, chives and scallions.
