Ingredients
- Green Goddess Dressing (see recipe)
- Dill
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. cooked orzo
- 3/4 cup cooked frozen peas
- 6 oz. chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 bunch thinly sliced asparagus
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced snap peas
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup torn dill

Make Green Goddess Dressing, replacing the chervil with dill. Omit the Worcestershire and add lemon zest instead. Reduce the mayo to 3/4 cup and add sour cream.

Combine orzo, peas, artichokes, asparagus, and peas in a bowl; toss with 1 cup of the dressing. Season with pepper. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Add more dressing as needed; toss with dill. Season with salt and pepper.
