Ingredients
- Green Goddess Dressing (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- Sliced heirloom tomatoes
- Sliced mozzarella
- Flaky salt and pepper
- Sliced basil
Directions

Make Green Goddess Dressing, omitting the chervil and shallot. Increase the chives to 1/4 cup and reduce the tarragon to 2 tbsp. Add fresh basil.

Spread some of the dressing on a platter. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella, alternating. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with more dressing and top with sliced basil.
