Ingredients
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup salsa
Directions

Mix chili powder, cumin, pepper and salt; sprinkle over both sides of chicken. In a nonstick skillet, brown chicken in canola oil over medium heat. Add black beans, corn and salsa; cook, covered, until a thermometer reaches 165, 10 to 15 minutes. Cut chicken into slices.
