Egg and Sausage Tacos

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • Twelve 5-inch flour tortillas

Directions

  1. In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Whisk eggs; pour eggs into skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are scrambled. Stir in salsa and cooked sausage. Serve in tortillas with desired toppings.
