Southwestern Pineapple Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 8 oz. can undrained unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup medium salsa
  • Fresh cilantro, minced

Directions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic pepper. In a large skillet, brown chops in canola oil; remove. In same skillet, combine pineapple and salsa. Bring to a boil. Return chops to the pan. Cover and simmer until cooked through, 10-15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with cilantro.
