Overnight Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts (chopped pecans)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugars, and eggs.

  2. Mix in flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon. Add nuts

  3. Mix in sour cream.

  4. Put it 9 × 13 pan and sprinkle with topping.

  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 mins.
