Chocolate Pie

Can be frozen.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 squares cooled, melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 c. thawed cool ship
  • Baked pie shell or graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.

  2. Stir in melted chocolate

  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at high speed 5 minutes. After each addition, fold in 2 c. cool whip.

  4. Pour into baked pie shell or graham cracker crust.

  5. Cool in refrigerator for 2 hrs. or more.
