Fluff Bisquick Muffins

As a substitute for self-rising flour, place 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt in measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to equal one cup.
Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk (no substitution)
Directions

In bowl, mix flour and mayo together until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add milk, stir just until mixed.

Bake at 425 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
