Cresent Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. cresent rolls (2 tubes)
  • 1 pkg. Brown and Serve sausage
  • 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Grease 9 × 13 pan. Do not cook sausage.

  2. Cut and put on top of cresent rolls that have been put on the bottom of the pan.

  3. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of sausage.

  4. Beat eggs, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour on top of cheese.

  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 mins.
