Sausage, Egg and Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dough sheet
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/3 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz. package sliced mozzarella
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Garnish: sliced green onion

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Lightly brush a 13×9-inch rimmed baking sheet with oil.

  2. Unroll crescent dough, and lightly press into prepared pan.

  3. In a small bowl, stir together oil and garlic; brush mixture onto dough. Spread Alfredo sauce onto dough. Top with cheese, sausage, and green onion; make 4 shallow indentations in toppings.

  4. Bake until edges of crust begin to brown, 8-10 minutes. Crack 1 egg into each indentation in toppings; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until egg whites are set and crust is golden brown, 6-8 minutes more. Garnish with green onion.
