Ingredients
- beef tenderloin
- Marinade
- 1/2 t say sauce
- 1/2 c worchestershire
- 2 t salt
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t granulated onion
- 1 t granulated garlic
- For top
- 2 T salted butter
- bake 3 minutes per pound
- turn off oven
- For medium rarte let sit 20 min(125 on meat thermometer)\
- For medium let sit 25 minutes(130)
- Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes
Directions

Marinate meat

Remove from bag and blot dry

Oven to 500 degrees

Cook tenderloin 3 minutes per pound

.Line baking sheet with foil

Put tenderloin on sheet and put 2 T of butter over top

Bake 3 minutes per pound

Turn off oven and let sit in oven for medium
