beef tenderloin

Ingredients

  • beef tenderloin
  • Marinade
  • 1/2 t say sauce
  • 1/2 c worchestershire
  • 2 t salt
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 1 t granulated onion
  • 1 t granulated garlic
  • For top
  • 2 T salted butter
  • bake 3 minutes per pound
  • turn off oven
  • For medium rarte let sit 20 min(125 on meat thermometer)\
  • For medium let sit 25 minutes(130)
  • Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes

Directions

  1. Marinate meat

  2. Remove from bag and blot dry

  3. Oven to 500 degrees

  4. Cook tenderloin 3 minutes per pound

  5. .Line baking sheet with foil

  6. Put tenderloin on sheet and put 2 T of butter over top

  7. Bake 3 minutes per pound

  8. Turn off oven and let sit in oven for medium
