Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups pita chips, ground
- 1/2 inch vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. tahini
- 3 tbsp. ice water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Directions

Slice zucchini and toss with cornstarch, dried dill, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper. Dip in egg, then press into ground pita chips. Fry in vegetable oil at 350 until crisp, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels; season with salt.

Serve with a mix of tahini, ice water, lemon juice and olive oil and a pinch of salt.
