Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Basic Pesto (see recipe)
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions

Cut chicken into 8 pieces. Whisk together milk and pesto; add the chicken and soak 30 minutes. Remove the chicken and dredge in flour mixed with paprika, kosher salt and pepper. Deep-fry in 350 vegetable oil until golden, 12-15 minutes.
