Mexican Corn Dip

My son made this for a 4th of July Party, it was a huge hit!

Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexicorn (or fire roasted corn)
- 1 can Rotel (regular or hot)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (calls for cheddar but I will use the Mexican cheese mix
- 1 cup Hellman's Mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 green onions sliced
- 1 bunch or cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Tabasco to taste (optional)
Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Chill preferably over night to get the flavors to meld.

Serve with Fritos Scoops.
