Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed honeydew melon
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe and/or Hami melon
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. small or torn fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions

Put melon cubes in a bowl. Add sherry and 1 tbsp. mint; toss to coat. Chill 1 hour.

Spread 1/4 cup yogurt into bottoms of each of 6 dessert bowls. Top with 1/2 cup melon mixture. Drizzle with 2 tsp honey. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
