Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang. Coat parchment with cooking spray.
-
Stir together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, and white sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add egg and stir until combined. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture while stirring until batter is just mixed. Gently fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan.
-
Bake until edges are lightly browned and center has moist crumbs when a toothpick is inserted, about 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack, about 1 hour. Use parchment overhang to lift cooled blondies from pan. Cut into 9 squares.
