Ingredients
- 2 lb. finely shredded green and/or red cabbage
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions

Toss together cabbage, carrots, and onion in a large salad bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved.

Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and mix thoroughly. Chill, covered, at least 2 hours or up to 5 days. Stir again just before serving.
