Blueberry Buckle

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cup blueberries
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened

Buckle:

Mix the first 7 ingredients well. Gently fold in the blueberries. Spread the mixture into a greased 9″ × 13″ pan..

Topping:

Mix first 3 ingredients. Knead butter into mixture with hands. Sprinkle over top of cake mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 – 50 minutes if using the 9" square pan and 30-35 minutes if using the 9″×13″ pan.
