Hot Asiago Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 TBLS shredded Asiago
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes * (see directions)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup of Asiago and all ingredients except the tomatoes.

  2. I use bottled sundried tomatoes in Oil and herbs. I drain some of the oil and then pour in the rest.

  3. Now add the tomatoes.

  4. Place in an oven-proof container. Top with remaining 1 TBL of Asiago and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

  5. Also, I just used sliced mushrooms from a can or jar.

  6. Serve with toasted (or plain) French bread.

  7. (I like it either way)
