Ingredients
- bacon
- iceberg lettuce
- chunky feta cream sauce/dressing
- diced tomatoes
- pickled red onions
- coarsely ground pepper
- Chunks Feta Sauce
- 2 ounces crumbled feta
- 1/2 C whole milk greek yogurt
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 t paprika
- coarsely ground pepper
- pickled Red Onion1 C warm water
- 4 1/2 t sugar
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 ;arge red onion, thinly sliced
- tabasco sauce
Directions

For onions, whisk together water,, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add onion , cover and let set at room temp or covered in the refrigerator overnight.

DRESSING

At high speed combine the feta, yogurt, olive oil, paprika and pepper. Blend oil smooth
