Ingredients
- spray 9x13 pan with spray
- preheat oven 350
- 1 C unsalted butter
- 1/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 C sugar
- 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 16 ounce peanut butter
- FROSTING
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 10 large marshmallow- cut up
- 4 C powdered sugar- more if needed
- 1/3 C shole milk
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa
Directions

In small saucepan, combine buttert and cocoa. Set over low heat until butter melts, then whisk together with cocoa-Cool

In mixer combine granulated sugar, flour, and salt. Add cocoa/butter misture and on medium speed blend for 2 minutes.

Slowly add eggs and vanilla and mix until well incorporated

Spread in prepared pan

Bake until center only comes out with a few crumbs- at

About 20-22 minutes

Cool 30 or more minutes

TOPPING

softed peanut butter in microwave- about 15 sec—Stir

Spread on cooled brownies-Frezer about 30 minutes

FROSTING

Medium saucepan, melt stick butter with marshmallows, until smooth

Add powdered sugar, milk and cocoa and stir until smooth

Spread on brownies withh peanut butter and freeze a very few minutes(otherwise frosting cracks when cut brownie
