Cocoonut & Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened salted butter
  • 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the softened cream cheese.

  2. Add the coconut extract and the lemon zest. Mix well.

  3. Add the confectioners’ sugar in half-cup increments until the frosting is of proper spreading consistency.
