Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
- 2 cups of packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Nutella (spray the inside of measuring cup with oil or Pam to prevent sticking)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 cups all purpose flour
Directions

Microwave butter to melt and pour into mixing bowl

Add brown sugar and vanilla and stir until blended

Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix well

Add Nutella and mix well

Pour in beaten eggs and stir them in

Add flour and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Your dough should be brown (almost color of brownie mix)

If dough is too sticky to form, chill for 30 min in fridge and you can take this time to wash your dishes

Form dough into walnut sized balls and arrange in greased cookie sheet (12 per sheet)

Press dough balls down slightly just so it won’t roll off sheet

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Cool cookies on sheet for 2 min before removing and then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling
