Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese (not whipped—I used Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor or by crushing them with a rolling pin. Unwrap cream cheese and soften in microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Add crushed Oreo cookies to the bowl and mix up thoroughly.

Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove, and roll into bite-sized balls. Stick a toothpick into each ball on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place cookie sheet with the Pop In Your Mouth Chocolate Candy in refrigerator for another 1-2 hours. (Overnight is better)

Place one cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat on HIGH for 1 minute until melted. Using the toothpick, dip the balls one by one into the melted chocolate and return to cookie sheet.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When ready, arrange on a pretty platter and serve.
