Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 LB country style spareribs
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Put ribs, bone side down in baking pan.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix sauce ingredients & pour over ribs.

  4. Bake at 375 for 2+hours OR

  5. Slow bake at 225 for 4 – 5hrs.
