Spareribs

Ingredients
- 2 -3 LB country style spareribs
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

Put ribs, bone side down in baking pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix sauce ingredients & pour over ribs.

Bake at 375 for 2+hours OR

Slow bake at 225 for 4 – 5hrs.
