Pork Tenderloin – Baked

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 C Butter cut into pats

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Remove silver skin.

  3. Combine all but butter and rub into pork,

  4. Put it baking dish with butter pats on top.

  5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

  6. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
