Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Bread ripped into small pieces.
  • 1 C Milk
  • 2 lb ground Beef/Pork/Veal
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 C Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 C Parsley
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Soak bread pieces in milk.
  2. Combine all other ingredients.

  3. Add bread/milk mixture.

  4. Form into balls (use large cookie scoop).

  5. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.

  6. 2 1/2 lbs of meat makes approx 60 meatballs.
