Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 C Sugar
- 1/3 C melted Butter
- Filling
- 2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C Cocoa
- 1 C Semi-sweet Morsels
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Topping:
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Sour Cream
- Chocolate Chips to decorate top
Directions

In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients.

Press mixture on bottom and half way up a 9" springform pan.

Pre-heat oven to 375.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese, 3/4 C sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until light & fluffy.

Add eggs, beat until smooth.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into crust & bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven & cool 15 minutes.

ease oven temperature to 425.

Combine sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar & vanilla, stir until smooth.

Spread over cheesecake.

Bake 10 minutes.

Loosen cake from rim & cool.

Decorate top with additional chocolate chips.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
