Ingredients
- Makes two 8" double crusts or one and one half 9" double crust
- 3 C Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/3 C Crisco
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp COLD water
Directions

In large bowl combine flour, salt & Crisco

Use pastry blender until crumbly

In separate bowl combine egg, vinegar & COLD water

Add liquid mixture to flour mixture until dough forms (don’t over mix)

Roll out between waxed paper using flour
