Ingredients
- 8-9 Red Potatoes
- 1 C Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 C Milk
- 1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions

Boil potatoes with skins on until tender

In sauce pan, combine milk, cream, cheese & spices

Cook over medium heat until cheese melts, do not boil

Slice potatoes (use food processor)

Put potatoes in a well greased 9×13 casserole dish, cover with sauce

Dot with butter & paprika

Bake uncovered for 350 for 1 hour
