Cheese Cups

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1 1/2 C Vanilla Wafers, ground (save some for top)
  • 1/4 C Sugar
  • 1/4 C Melted Butter
  • Filling
  • 2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Put midget liners into mini-muffin pans

  3. Combine Crust ingredients & set aside

  4. Beat filling ingredients with a mixer

  5. Spoon 1 tsp waver mixture into muffin cups

  6. Add 1 heaping tsp cream cheese filling

  7. Sprinkle top with wafer topping

  8. Bake 15 minutes

  9. Done when dough looks puffy & dry
