Ingredients
- Yukon Gold Potatoes (2/person) or Russett
- Butter
- Milk, hot
Directions

Peel, quarter & boil potatoes in salted water until soft (when stabbed w/ a fork, the potato falls off)

Drain well & put back on burner for a few minutes (removes moisture)

Mash with masher and add 1 stick of butter

Use hand mixer to beat very well

Slowly add hot milk until desired consistency
